HUNTINGTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is facing charges after allegedly pulling his penis out of his shorts at Ritter Park.
According to Huntington Police, Darrell H Walters, walked up to multiple victims at Ritter Park, pulled his penis out of his shorts, and began to play with himself while looking at the victims.
The victims told police that they did not know Walters. Police say they could smell alcohol coming from Walters, and he had bloodshot eyes, a flushed face, and an open bottle of BoolLeggers alcohol.
In May, Walters was arrested after allegedly ripping up shrubs at Sheetz and exposing his genitals and anus.
He is currently out on bond.
