HORRY COUNTY, SC (LOOTPRESS) – In early June, Thomas Guiry, who is best known for his portrayal of Scotty Smalls in the beloved film “The Sandlot,” was arrested in South Carolina.
According to official records, Guiry is facing accusations of causing damage to a Jeep’s windshield. It was reported that during a conversation with officers, Guiry’s neighbor raised an alarm about a shattered window, attributing the damage to Guiry’s use of a 35-pound dumbbell weight.
Guiry apologized to his neighbor, saying, “That sucks, man. I’ll pay you back. I’m sorry, I’m gonna get you back.”
Guiry is charged with third-degree assault and battery and malicious injury to personal property.
