NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man who allegedly beat his father is arrested.
According to Nicholas County Deputies, on September 11, 2023, Timothy David Graham, 40, struck his father in the left side of his head with his fist, causing swelling and knocking him to the ground.
Graham allegedly continued to attack his father several more times in the back of the head until his father could strike his son back with his cane, causing him to stop.
It’s unclear why Graham attacked his father.
Graham is charged with 2nd-offense domestic battery. He is being held in Central Regional Jail under a 2,500 dollar bond.
