FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is facing charges after allegedly grabbing his mom by the neck, saying he would kill her boyfriend and make her watch.
Police tell Lootpress that they responded to a store in Hico about a domestic. Once they arrived, the victim said she was driving on Route 60 in Hico, with her son, Nicholas Partain, in the passenger seat. The victim says her son grabbed her by the neck with both hands and started choking her. He also told her he would kill her boyfriend and make her watch.
She pulled into a store parking lot and asked the clerk to call 911.
Partain is charged with domestic battery. He is currently being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 2,500 dollar bond.
