MOUNT HOPE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is facing charges after he got mad that his mom wouldn’t let him sell dope at her house, which resulted in him destroying the house, kicking her down the steps, and punching her.
According to Fayette County Deputies, on December 8, 2022, a domestic call came in from Mt. Hope. When deputies arrived, they were met by the victim screaming that she had been beaten and the suspect had run into the woods. Deputies found the suspect, Dustin Ryan Allen, coming out of the woods onto WV Route 16. Allen told deputies that he had been in a domestic with his mother.
The mother told deputies that she told Mr. Allen that he could not sell dope at her house, at which time she stated he began destroying the home. He then shoved her into a wall, kicked her down the steps, and repeatedly punched her in the ear, head, and nose. The mother said her son drug her down the driveway and tried pushing her over the hill.
Allen has an active domestic violence petition with a separate victim and had a prior domestic violence conviction from October 25, 2022.
Allen is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 5,000 dollar bond.
