LOGAN COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A son is facing charges after he became irate when his mother asked him to clean up his mess in the kitchen, then proceeded to headbutt her.
According to Logan County Sheriff’s Department, on Friday, August 11, 2023, deputies responded to a home in the Chapmanville area regarding a domestic call. Once they arrived, the victim told deputies that her son, Alexander Dalton, became angry with her after she had asked him to clean up his mess in the kitchen.
The victim stated that her son approached her in the kitchen, headbutted her, drew up his fist, and threatened her life. The victim asked her son to leave, which he did.
Shortly after, he returned, but the victim had locked all the doors. Dalton then grabbed a gardening shovel and busted out every window of the home.
Dalton was arrested and charged with domestic assault and domestic battery. He is being held in jail under an 8,000 dollar bond.
