RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – An inmate in Southern Regional Jail is charged after being in possession of a controlled substance.
According to the State Police, officers responded to Southern Regional Jail after Joanna Mitchem had drugs hidden on her while at the jail. Mitchem had a powdery blue substance identified as fentanyl and a white crystal-like substance identified as methamphetamine.
Mitchem is now facing drug-related charges while in jail.
