WOOD COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Man charged with arson after admitting to squatting and then setting fires to two buildings he believed had no real value.
On September 9, 2022, Kenneth Sasser Jr. was observed at the scene of two separate structure fires at 520 Camden Street in Parkersburg, Wood County, with ash and soot on his hands and body.
