BEAVER, WV (LOOTPRESS) – An inmate is facing charges after allegedly being caught snorting a substance and hiding meth in his groin area.
According to police, on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, Kristopher Niday was in his holding cell in booking, and an officer observed him snorting a substance. The officer then took the accused to be stripped out and searched. The officer found a clear crystal substance resembling methamphetamine was discovered from Niday’s groin area.
Niday was placed under arrest for possession of a controlled substance in a jail facility.
He is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 10,000 dollar bond.
