CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – American rock acts Staind and Breaking Benjamin have announced their upcoming “Awaken the Fallen” co-headlining tour which will bring the bands to Charleston, West Virginia in the Spring of 2025.
The groups announced the tour on Tuesday, with the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center making an announcement of their own by way of social media indicating that the tour would be making a stop at the venue in April.
Scheduled for April 29, 2025, the Charleston show will be just the third stop on the upcoming tour, which will kick off in Brandon, Mississippi on April 26, 2025. Staind and Breaking Benjamin will be joined on the tour by special guests Wage War and Lakeview.
“Are you ready for more?,” queried Staind in an announcement for the tour. “The AWAKEN THE FALLEN tour with Breaking Benjamin, Wage War, and Lakeview is kicking off in April 2025!
Tickets for the “Awaken the Fallen” Tour will be available through Ticketmaster and are expected to go on sale to the general public starting Friday, December 6, 2024. Additional information on ticket pricing, availability, and purchase details can be found at the Ticketmaster website.
One of the most successful acts within the early-2000s post-grunge scene, Breaking Benjamin are known for successful rock and alternative singles such as “Diary of Jane” and “Breath.” The group released their first new single in a number of years, “Awaken,” in October, almost immediately securing the number one spot on the U.S. iTunes chart.
Staind likewise rose to prominence in the early-2000s post-grunge scene, making a name not only with their heavier album cuts but also through the balladry of highly successful singles like “So Far Away” and “It’s Been Awhile.” The group’s lead singer and rhythm guitarist, Aaron Lewis has also had a successful solo career as a singer-songwriter within the country music genre.
