LEWISBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Officials with the State Fair of West Virginia have announced the upcoming Third Annual Big Wheel Bash fundraiser event.
Scheduled to take place on from 6:30pm to 10:00pm on Friday, July 12, 2024, the event serves as a fundraiser for the State Fair of West Virginia’s endowment and scholarship funds.
Included as part of the event will food, drinks, live entertainment, and a benefit auction.
“The Big Wheel Bash has quickly become one of the most important and fun events we host,” said Kelly Collins, CEO of the State Fair. “Since its inception, the State Fair Scholarship has given over half a million dollars to kids from our state to further their education and it’s a goal to continue to grow this program.”
Tickets to the 3rd Annual Big Wheel Bash are available for $100 and include a New York Strip steak dinner with crab cakes and an exclusive Ben Ellen Bread Pudding, as well as live entertainment from Blaze City.

The State Fair of West Virginia will kick off its 2024 run on August 8 and will continue until August 17. This year’s iteration of the timeless Mountain State tradition will be the 99th. The State Fair reportedly has an economic impact of $16.9 million on the state of West Virginia.
