Summers County man charged with alleged sexual abuse against a child

SUMMERS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Nimitz man is facing serious charges after being accused of sexually abusing a child.

According to Summers County Deputies, Justin Wiekle, 39, is accused of touching a child inappropriately on two separate occasions.  The alleged incidents happened at the end of March 2022 while on the bed.  The victim pushed Wiekle away, and the suspect told the victim that he would need to get a bed for the victim because she was “getting to be girlfriend size.”  The suspect also allegedly showed the child pornographic images on his phone.

Wiekle is charged with two counts of sexual abuse.  He is currently being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 50,000-dollar bond.
