LEWISBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two suspects high on meth allegedly climbed a tree naked, tried to enter two homes, jumped fences, and ran through a cow field.
According to Greenbrier County Deputies, a witness called 911 to report that a man and woman were near a bridge in a white Subaru in Lewisburg; both appeared to be high on something and acting weird. The caller advised that the two started climbing a tree, and both were naked. At one point, the female suspect, Christine Deel, tried to enter the victim’s home. The victim told 911 she was armed to protect her and her child from a possible break-in.
When deputies arrived, Deel had hopped the fence and was headed through a cow field towards a cabin in the woods. Deputies could see Deel trying to enter the cabin, but she did not. Deel then ran and hopped a cattle fence, trying to get away from deputies.
Once deputies finally got Deel in custody, she refused to identify herself. Deputies did not locate the male suspect.
The victim said she was moving into her new home when she saw the two suspects approaching them up the road. She tried shielding her daughter due to Deel being naked. The victim went inside, and Deel attempted to enter the home but didn’t have luck.
Deel told deputies her name and that the male with her was Kyle Aldridge. She said they had used Methamphetamine and didn’t remember much after that.
Deel is charged with indecent exposure and assault. She is being held in Southern Regional Jail. The male suspect has not yet been arrested.
