HICKORY, NC – This Saturday, October 5, at 7:00 PM, The Hum will host a special event, “The Hum Gives Back Benefit Concert for Western NC,” to support neighbors in need.
All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the American Red Cross NC to assist in ongoing relief efforts for Western North Carolina.
In addition to ticket sales, a collection point for goods and supplies will be set up at the concert entrance to gather further support for affected communities. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring essential items to help those in need.
The event will feature live performances by Pepper Lewis & The Big Chiefs from Union Grove, NC, and Hickory native The Krystal King Band. Food will also be available, with Big Byrds Smokehouse on-site to offer their signature dishes.
Tickets for the concert are $10 for attendees who bring goods to donate, $10 for students, and $20 for general admission. Children 12 and under can attend for free.
This benefit concert provides a great opportunity for the community to come together, enjoy live music, and make a difference by supporting relief efforts for Western NC, due to Hurricane Helene.
