CABELL COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Three people were killed and another person was injured in an early Tuesday morning stabbing in Cabell County, according to authorities.
The incident was reported around 5 a.m. at a residence in the 200 block of Hickory Grove Road in the Lesage area.
When deputies arrived, they discovered three people dead inside the home. Authorities said the victims included two women and one man.
A fourth victim, an adult male, was transported to a hospital in Huntington. His condition has not been released.
The Cabell County Sheriff’s Office said investigators believe the incident was isolated. As of Tuesday morning, no suspect had been taken into custody.
The West Virginia State Police are assisting with the investigation.
