BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – United Way of Southern West Virginia has announced that tickets and tables are now available for what is being called, “the social event of the season.”
Season 11 of United Way of Southern West Virginia’s Dancing with the Stars event is scheduled for Friday, September 20, 2024, and will be held once again at the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center.
The event will begin at 6:00pm and will see six teams battling it out to claim the top prize. First announced in May, the participants for this year’s event will comprise the following teams.
Team 1)​ Karen Bowling and Martin Staunton with choreography by Kyla Meadows
Team 2)​ Jamie Weeks and Cole Williams with choreography by Melanie Ellison
Team 3) Julia Crittenden and Brandon Lilly with choreography by Brittney Fitzgerald
Team 4) Mary Scott and Dr. Olu Sangodyei with choreography by Tenley Adams
Team 5) Erica Shrewsbury and Bernard Bostick with choreography by Jayden Kidd
Team 6) Jenna Sexton and Owen Schmitt with choreography by Lexi Clay
Gold section tables are available for the event at $1,550 per table, while silver section tables are available for $1,350 per table. Bronze section tables are available for $1,000, while individual tickets may be purchased for the bronze section for $100 each. Tables can accommodate up to ten guests each.
