FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Communities in Fayette County have announced their trick-or-treat and trunk-or-treat times for this Halloween season.
Each date and time is set by the city council for each municipality.

Montgomery will kick off the festivities with a Trunk or Treat on October 23 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Ansted will follow with its Trunk or Treat event on October 25 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The same day, Smithers will host from 4 to 7 p.m., Pax will begin at 5 p.m., and Oak Hill will feature its Nightmare on Main event starting at 6 p.m.
Traditional trick-or-treating in Montgomery will take place on October 30 from 6 to 8 p.m.
On Halloween night, October 31, Meadow Bridge will host from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Fayetteville will hold a Trunk or Treat from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., followed by trick-or-treating from 6 to 8 p.m.
Trick-or-treating will also be held in Oak Hill and Ansted from 6 to 8 p.m.
Pax and Mount Hope have not yet set their trick-or-treat times. Those dates will be announced following upcoming council meetings.
