Two arrested after being found unresponsive inside vehicle

LENS CREEK, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two Boone County individuals face charges after having been discovered unresponsive inside a vehicle on Thursday.

According to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, on Thursday, March 30, 2023, Boone County deputies were alerted to two unresponsive persons inside a vehicle in the Lens Creek area after a 911 call was made regarding the situation.

An investigation into the situation was set into motion and deputies responded to the location.

The investigation resulted in the arrest of Richard Hughes – 54 years old from Seth, WV – and Holley Ramsey – 45 years old from Seth, WV.

Hughes was charged with Driving on a Revoked License for a prior DUi with Injuries offense. Ramsey has been charged with Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance.

Both individuals were taken into custody and transported upon their arrest.
