SOUTH WHEELING, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two individuals are facing possession-related charges following a search of a residence in the South Wheeling area on Friday.
According to the Wheeling Police Department, on Friday, April 7, 2023, authorities executed a search warrant at 3735 Eoff Street.
Upon making entry into the residence, officers located various types of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Among the substances seized over the course of the search were several grams of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Marijuana, according to reports.
The execution of the search warrant led to the arrests of Austin Lee Troy – 26 years old of Martins Ferry Ohio – and Rebecca Ann Armstrong – 48 of Wheeling.
Both subjects were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and were transported to Northern Regional Jail where, as of Monday, April 10, 2023, both remain incarcerated.
