PRINCETON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two people were arrested after a drug investigation led to the execution of a search warrant at a residence on Road House Road in Princeton, according to the City of Princeton Police Department.
Police said members of the department executed the search warrant following a lengthy investigation into suspected drug activity.
During the search, officers reportedly located several grams of fentanyl, cocaine and methamphetamine, along with illegal doses of gabapentin and Suboxone.
Authorities also seized approximately $300 in cash and three firearms from the residence. Police said one of the firearms had been reported stolen, while another was determined to be a replica.
Jerry Cecil and Amber Stanley were arrested and charged with numerous counts of possession with intent to deliver, along with additional charges. Specific charges were not immediately released.
In a statement, the Princeton Police Department said the arrests are another example of the department’s ongoing efforts to remove dangerous drugs and criminal activity from local neighborhoods.
