RIPLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two Jackson County individuals have been arrested on charges pertaining to the sexual assault of a juvenile female.
According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, both Dustin Garnes – age 24 of Evans, WV – and Ashley Crihfield – age 23 of Evans, WV – have been arrested on charges of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault and Felony Conspiracy for their mutual roles in a recent investigation involving a underage female victim.
Both individuals were transported to and incarcerated at South Central Regional Jail following their arrests.
Both Garnes and Crihfield will remain incarcerated while awaiting preliminary hearings in relation to the charges.
