BEAVER, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two individuals have been arrested in connection with a burglary investigation in Raleigh County, according to the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the Beaver area on May 2 following a reported burglary.
During the investigation, authorities developed leads that resulted in the arrests of Johnny Miles Williams and Wyoma Pettry.
Williams has been charged with four counts of burglary, one count of conspiracy, and one count of grand larceny. Pettry faces three counts of burglary, one count of conspiracy, and one count of grand larceny.
Both suspects were arraigned before Magistrate P. Blume. Bond was set at $125,000 for Williams and $100,000 for Pettry.
Sheriff Frank Priddy and Chief Deputy Frankie Shelton commended Deputy J. Payne, Cpl. J. Howard, and Cpl. J. Hensley for their work in investigating the case and apprehending the suspects.
Authorities remind the public that all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
