GREENBRIER COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS)— Two men were taken into custody Friday night after authorities say they were involved in an intoxication and indecent exposure incident at a Go Mart gas station, prompting a multi-agency response and a BOLO alert.
According to Patrolman M. Yates, the incident began around 10 p.m. on December 6, 2025, when he received a call from Deputy C. Vandyke. Deputy Vandyke reported that while stopping for fuel during the transport of an inmate to Southern Regional Jail, he witnessed behavior that led him to contact law enforcement.

Yates immediately requested a BOLO for a gray Toyota Matrix believed to be connected to the incident. Within minutes, Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Deputy T. Webber radioed that he had spotted the vehicle at the Marathon gas station.
When Yates arrived on scene, Deputy Webber had detained both male suspects. Webber reported that the driver exited the vehicle and attempted to enter the store but was so unsteady he could barely walk, eventually falling to the ground. Due to suspected DUI, officers requested a tow from Dave’s Towing and secured the vehicle.

Father Reports Indecent Exposure in Front of Child
Patrolman Yates returned to Go Mart to speak with the store clerk and review statements about what had occurred prior to the suspects leaving the scene. The victim, identified as Jeremiah Walker, later contacted Yates after Covington Police assisted in locating him.
Walker stated he had stopped at the station with his young son, who remained inside the vehicle during the visit. According to Walker, one of the suspects—identified as Jedediah Turner—approached the store shirtless and then exposed his genitals in full view of Walker’s child. The child informed his father when he returned to the vehicle.
Walker confronted Turner inside the store, where the two exchanged verbal threats in front of the clerk. The driver, identified as Eli Pritt, reportedly entered the bathroom upon arrival at the gas station. During processing, Pritt admitted he was aware that Turner had exposed himself toward the vehicle containing the child, Deputy Webber told Yates.
Both Suspects Transported to Southern Regional Jail
Both Turner and Pritt were arrested and transported to the Southern Regional Jail and Correctional Facility, where they remain pending charges related to intoxication, indecent exposure, and other possible offenses.
Video Evidence Expected
The Go Mart clerk later notified Patrolman Yates that the store manager would arrive the following morning around 6 a.m. to provide surveillance video of the incident to investigators.
The case remains under review as authorities gather additional evidence.
