BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Valley College has announced that the Valley College Beckley Campus has received national accreditation for its Nursing program through the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing – also known as ACEN.
The announcement came earlier this month, with Valley College, Beckley Campus expressing gratitude to its staff and faculty members for their indelible contributions to the newly accredited program.
“We cannot thank our amazing staff and faculty enough for all the hard work and dedication they have put into this program and all these amazing nurses/future nurses in our program!,” said Valley College, Beckley Campus in a statement.

Concord University also announced this week that its Nursing program had been nationally accredited through CCNE Standards for Accreditation of Baccalaureate and Graduate Nursing Programs. This will allow for graduates of the recently established bachelor’s degree program to further pursue their education at graduate programs nationwide.
