BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Valley College has has been recognized as an 2024 ACCSC School of Distinction.
Valley College announced the development on Tuesday, indicating that Valley College President, Dr. Michael Graham, along with Campus Director, Jamie Holliday, made the trip out west last month to accept the award at the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges Professional Development Conference in Long Beach, California.
The distinction is bestowed upon ACCSC member schools which have demonstrated a notable commitment to the rigors and expectations of the SCCSC accreditation along with a commitment to the delivery of quality educational programs to students, graduates, and employers.
Through the award, the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges seeks to acknowledge schools which have participated in the accreditation process with no findings indicative of non-compliance.
“We are incredibly proud of all our amazing staff that helped make this possible,” said Valley College of the 2024 ACCSC School of Distinction award. “Valley College strives to exceed all goals set out by our accreditor. Through this we will continue to meet the educational and professional needs of the community by delivering quality degree and certificate programs which are flexible and career oriented.”
