BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Beckley area’s first model train show officially kicked off Friday evening at the Crossroads Mall.
Multiple people were lined up outside this year’s train show host Retro Reset awaiting the 5 PM start time for the first train show to come to Beckley in decades.
There are over twenty vendors at this year’s show selling model train merchandise from N scale, HO scale, and G scale.
The Kanawha Valley Railroad Association was also in attendance with their mobile model train display which was busy capturing the attention of passersby.
The fun is just getting started as the first full day begins today from 10 AM-9 PM and continues Sunday from 12 PM-4 PM.
Admission into the event is $5 with children ages 12 and under getting in free. Tickets are good for the entire weekend.
