HUNTINGTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Huntington man has been arrested after a juvenile was hospitalized with a gunshot wound Thursday night.
According to the Huntington Police Department, officers responded to Cabell Huntington Hospital at approximately 9:12 p.m. on March 20 after the juvenile victim was admitted with a gunshot-related injury.
The victim is currently in stable condition.
Following an investigation, detectives arrested Anthony D. Presley, 35, of Huntington.
Presley, the victim’s father, has been charged with child neglect resulting in injury and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
He is currently at Western Regional Jail on a $20,000 bond.
