RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A West Virginia man is charged with sexual abuse out of Raleigh County.
According to the West Virginia State Police, Charles Matthew Bell is accused of sexually abusing a juvenile when she was a young child. The alleged incidents happened on several occasions.
Bell confessed to the acts to the child’s mother and another family member. When police questioned Bell, he stated his attorney instructed him not to speak to police. It was later discovered that he had only talked to an attorney but hadn’t hired one.
Bell is charged with sexual abuse. He is being held in Southern Regional Jail.
