FAIRLEA, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Fair officials say that the West Virginia State Fair will continue as scheduled for now ahead of the potential impacts of Tropical Storm Debby.
According to a Facebook post from the West Virginia State Fair, at this point, the fair will continue as scheduled with gates opening for the first day on Thursday.
Fair officials are currently in contact with and receiving updates from the National Weather Service.
Updates will be posted to the state fair social media pages.
The fair begins tomorrow, Thursday, August 8, and will be open until Saturday, August 17.
