OCEANA, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A woman is facing charges after allegedly grabbing a police officer in the groin.
Oceana Police were called to Goodson’s for a female allegedly breaking into vehicles. Once police arrived on the scene, they found Natasha Belcher. While attempting to place Belcher in custody, she grabbed the officer in his groin. When Belcher was in the police car, she tried to climb in the front seat.
Once police officers returned to the Oceana Police Department, Belcher said she needed to pee. While the officer let her pee, he heard her opening a closet door. While he attempted to locate Belcher, he eventually found her sitting on the back of the toilet. Police said when they instructed her to get off, she did, but she broke the ceramic toilet cover while trying to get off of it.
Belcher is charged with obstructing an officer, destruction of property, and sexual abuse. She is currently being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 10,000 dollar bond.
