MADISON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Danville woman faces destruction of property charges after throwing objects and striking a police cruiser earlier this week.
According to reports from the Boone County Sheriff’s Department, road patrols were being conducted by deputies in the Madison area on Tuesday, October 25th, 2022.
While on patrol, deputies arrested Jacqueline Burgess who was reportedly throwing objects, and is purported to have struck a police cruiser.
The destruction of property charge comes in the wake of a previous arrest less than two weeks prior, which saw Burgess charged with obstruction, as well as disorderly conduct.
