CHAPMANVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Woman arrested after striking man with truck, breaking his leg, in a domestic incident in Chapmanville, WV.
On Saturday, June 29, 2024, Senior Trooper R.L. Morgan responded to a domestic incident on Jimmy Drive in Chapmanville, WV. Mr. Brandon Conley, 57 years old, was found with a broken right leg and severe bleeding.
Senior Trooper Morgan quickly applied a tourniquet and bandages to stop the bleeding before Mr. Conley was airlifted to CAMC General Hospital.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the 57-year-old accused, Billie Jean Conley, had struck the victim with their Dodge Ram 1500.
Billie Jean Conley was charged with Malicious Assault and Domestic Battery and was subsequently remanded to the Southwestern Regional Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
