WELCH, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Former West Virginia House of Delegates representative Clifton “Clif” Moore was arrested Monday on a driving revoked DUI charge.
Reports from the McDowell County Sheriff’s Department indicate that the arrest was made Monday, August 1, for two counts of driving revoked DUI (2nd offense.)
The arrest marks the latest for the McDowell County native, who incurred a DUI charge in early 2014.
Prior to these incidents, Moore had been arrested in the state of Ohio for operating a vehicle while impaired. This arrest occurred in 2011, and would result in a six day sentence at a Franklin County facility for the former lawmaker.
