PRINCETON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital (PCH) announces that Emeka Eziri, MD, MS, FCCP, has joined its medical staff as a board-certified pulmonologist and internist. In conjunction with his arrival, PCH has established a new Sleep and Pulmonology clinic to expand access to specialized respiratory and sleep care.
Dr. Eziri brings nearly three decades of experience in pulmonary and critical care medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Calabar College of Medicine in Nigeria, completed internal medicine residency training in New York, and pursued fellowship training in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He also holds a master’s degree in management from New York University.
Throughout his career, Dr. Eziri has served in numerous clinical leadership roles and contributed to research on pulmonary disease, sleep apnea, and health disparities. He is board-certified in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians.

The new clinic, which is co-located with MMG Cardiology, is staffed by a multidisciplinary team, including Mary Lewis, APRN, FNP-BC, an experienced nurse practitioner with extensive experience in pulmonary and primary care.
At the Sleep and Pulmonology clinic, Dr. Eziri and the care team will diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including asthma, COPD, chronic cough, lung infections, sleep apnea, pulmonary fibrosis, lung nodules, pulmonary-associated allergies, and other breathing disorders.
