MORGANTOWN, WV (LOOTPRESS) – New reporting Tuesday night suggests WVU will make its decision on a new football coach within 24-48 hours.
According to ESPN Senior College Football Writer Pete Thamel, WVU has completed in-person interviews for its next head football coach.
Officials are expected to decide in the next 24-48 hours, according to Thamel.
Thamel did not disclose any names of who has been interviewed but multiple reports suggest that Jacksonville State HC Rich Rodriguez and Army HC Jeff Monken are the top candidates.
Penn State offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki seemingly withdrew from the running in a post on X Monday.
