WYOMING COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Wyoming County Prosecuting Attorney presented 30 cases to the Wyoming County Grand Jury during the January 2026 term of court, which convened on January 12, 2026.
After reviewing the evidence, the grand jury returned indictments against the following individuals on the listed charges:
Lori A. Chapman (Fields), 49, of Red Jacket, was indicted on three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Steven Matthew Clark, 42, of Oceana, was indicted for third offense driving revoked for DUI and possession of a controlled substance.
Jeremy Lawrence Mullins, 50, of Herndon, was indicted on 59 counts of failure to register as a sex offender.
Caleb Ryan Brown, 24, of North Springs, was indicted for sexual assault in the third degree and sexual abuse in the third degree.
Tabitha Jo Mullens, 47, of Pineville, was indicted for burglary, conspiracy to commit a felony, and attempt to commit a felony.
Robert Clair Stewart, 69, of Ramey Addition, was indicted for conspiracy to commit a felony and attempt to commit a felony.
Danny Roy Justus, 32, of Brenton, was indicted for burglary, two counts of conspiracy to commit a felony, attempt to commit a felony, and breaking and entering.
Maxie Lynn Monk, 56, of Mullens, was indicted for malicious assault.
Joshua Russell Goff, 34, of Coal City, was indicted for breaking and entering, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit a felony, and destruction of property.
Jonathan Wayne Toler, 36, of Oceana, was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance.
Lewis Darrell Shrewsbury, 46, of Bud, was indicted for distribution and exhibiting of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Rachel Elizabeth Gibson, 39, of Glen Fork, was
indicted for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
Kaellen Blankenship, 38, of Clear Fork, was indicted on two counts of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
Katelyn Cheyenne Flaugher, 24, of Rhodell, was indicted for conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
Aaron Beckett Browning, 56, of Davy, was indicted for burglary, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, petit larceny, destruction of property, possession of a controlled substance, fleeing on foot, indecent exposure, and obstructing.
Skyler Brett Seager, 34, of Fayetteville, was indicted for destruction of property.
Terry Wesley Shrewsbury, 68, of Herndon, was indicted for third offense driving revoked for DUI.
Ryan Scott Hoover, 32, of Stephenson, was indicted for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Russell Lee Hearn, 19, of Mullens, was indicted for distribution and exhibiting material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
James Elvis Hatfield, 32, of Bud, was indicted on five counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian.
Louis Eugene Steele, 41, of Ikes Fork, was indicted on two counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, two counts of domestic battery, and obstructing.
Kelly Stevens Conn, 48, of Simon, was indicted for third offense driving revoked for DUI, fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference, and fleeing on foot.
Shawn Sterling Cline, 52, of Oceana, was indicted for grand larceny, fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference, possession of a controlled substance, and driving revoked for DUI.
Jeremey Scott Justice, 48, of Oceana, was indicted on seven counts of delivery of a controlled substance, three counts of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Larry Preston Hatfield, 41, of Clear Fork, was indicted on four counts of delivery of a controlled substance and three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm.
Christopher Michael Hatfield, 43, of Matheny, was indicted on five counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
Effie Mae Gibson, 43, of Mallory, was indicted on five counts of delivery of a controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
James Milford Hicks, 34, of Cyclone, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and two additional counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
Shannon Rae Lusk, 50, of Davy, was indicted on two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
Joshua Lee Austin, 43, of Sod, was indicted on four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, five counts of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, and driving revoked for DUI.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. Arraignments for the indicted individuals are scheduled throughout January and February.
