OCEANA, WV (LOOTPRESS) – On Saturday evening, the Oceana Police Department arrested and charged Jeffrey Scott Maynard, 58, of Kopperston, WV, with one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin) and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Maynard is currently out on bond.
