WYOMING COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Wyoming County Schools will dismiss students early on Thursday, February 6, due to potential flooding in the area.
According to school officials, high schools will release students at 10:30 a.m., while elementary and middle schools will dismiss at 11:30 a.m.
The decision was made out of an abundance of caution to ensure student safety.
Multiple school districts in West Virginia have already changed class schedules for Thursday.
