MERCER COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A young man is in jail after being in possession of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
The West Virginia State Police say Robert Harrah, 21, of Matoaka, had uploaded and distributed videos of children engaging in sexual conduct. The videos were extremely graphic and were uploaded over several days in April 2025.
Harrah used the social media platform KIK to upload and share the material.
He is charged with distributing and exhibiting minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct. He is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a $25,000 bond.
