FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A 70-year-old deaf man is assaulted after evicting a man out of his home.
On August 2, 2024, an officer delivered an illegal occupation civil summons to Samuel Oiler and April Smith at 126 Virginia Ave. in Smithers, WV.
On August 3, 2024, at the same address, Samuel Oiler assaulted Ronald Senters, the owner and resident of the home, by pushing him and kicking him in the back twice.
This occurred because Mr. Senters had previously evicted Mr. Oiler.
Mr. Senters is 70 years old, deaf, and has difficulty speaking.
