ORIGINAL STORY: The Summers County 911 Center is currently experiencing technical issues that are affecting incoming emergency calls.
In response, all 911 calls are being temporarily rerouted to Greenbrier County’s emergency dispatch center.
Despite the disruption, emergency services remain active.
Calls for service are still being answered and will be transferred to a working office line or a cell phone to ensure no disruption in response.
Officials are working diligently to resolve the issue and are asking the public for patience during this time.
