FAYETTEVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A woman was arrested Monday after Fayetteville police responded to a report of a potentially intoxicated driver at a local restaurant.
According to the Fayetteville Police Department, officers were called on April 6, 2026, to Tudors located on North Court Street regarding a female driver who was believed to be under the influence. Officers made contact with the vehicle in the drive-thru line.
During the investigation, officers discovered a small infant in the back seat of the vehicle.
Police also reported finding multiple items of drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle, along with narcotics on another individual who was present.
The driver, identified as Nina Deamer, was taken into custody and charged with child endangerment. She was transported to Southern Regional Jail following her arrest.
The case remains under investigation.
