Ten people arrested following drug investigation in West Virginia

Deputies also found a man unconscious in the driver’s seat of an SUV parked on the property. The man, identified as Andrew Queen, reportedly had burnt foil and a lighter in his lap. A search of the SUV revealed additional foil containing a white powdery substance consistent with fentanyl, deputies said.

Shortly after deputies arrived, Sias exited the rear of the residence and was taken into custody on a warrant issued by Lewis County Magistrate Court. Inside the home, deputies found multiple other individuals and drug paraphernalia. During the search, Seth Ruble allegedly attempted to hide a bag containing a white crystal-like substance resembling methamphetamine.

Those identified at the residence were Jonathan Hallock, Ethan Lantz, Brandon Smith, Tyrone Sias Jr., Shane Yeager, Seth Ruble, Tisha Smith, Trinity Perrine and Felicity Perrine. Felicity Perrine was later located and arrested on an active Upshur County warrant related to fentanyl possession.

Deputies obtained a search warrant for the property, leading to the discovery of burnt foil, fentanyl wrappers, digital scales, small plastic bags commonly used to package drugs, inhalation devices and a grinder.

A second vehicle associated with the residence was also searched, and deputies reportedly found two methamphetamine pipes inside a black zippered bag beneath the driver’s seat.

Queen and Ruble are charged with possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy. Tisha Smith, Felicity Perrine, Tyrone Sias Jr., Shane Yeager, Ethan Lantz, Trinity Perrine, Brandon Smith and Jonathan Hallock are charged with conspiracy.

Law enforcement officials allege the residence is being used for ongoing illegal drug activity. The investigation remains active.
