BECKLEY, W.V. (LOOTPRESS) – Halloween isn’t just for humans; it’s for pets too! On Sunday, October 10, Operation Underdog- a nonprofit organization that provides a monthly low-cost spay and neuter trip to the public- will host a Tricks and Treats pet costume contest.
The event will take place from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. with the costume contest to begin at 3 p.m.
Categories for the contest include spookiest, prettiest, judges’ favorite, owner/pet duo, most unique, best trick and best former underdog.
Those wanting to register should attend the event early. There is a $10 entry fee.
The event, which is being held at Pet Supplies Plus in Beckley, will be accompanied by a Halloween Parade, an adoption event, vendors, fall photos, raffles and more.
