BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Members of the Raleigh County community, Beckley-Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce, and EXIT Elevation Realty team gathered Tuesday afternoon to cut the ribbon in presentation of EXIT Elevation Realty’s brand new Beckley location.
Murky conditions could not impede the excitement of the occasion, as those in attendance welcomed the latest addition to the Raleigh County business community.
Kyle Saunders spoke briefly at the event on behalf of Congresswoman Carol Miller, who wished to express her regret at being unable to attend.
“[Congresswoman Miller] wanted me to express to you our congratulations on this exciting day and accomplishment,” said Saunders. “But also to reaffirm to you our commitment at fostering a business-friendly environment here in Southern West Virginia.”
Luke Richmond and Steve Morgan of the EXIT leadership team also took time to address guests in attendance.
“First off, we want to say ‘thank you’ to everybody that’s here,” exclaimed Richmond. “We’ve got part of our lending community here, part of our legal community here, clients – past, present…future,” he said, turning to address members of the community at the statement’s end, at which point the phrasing seemed almost to reframe the statement as a playful query – evidenced by chuckles emitting from a delighted assembly of onlookers. “Thank you all.”
“We are just excited for this opportunity,” said Morgan, addressing the event’s guests. “We’re excited to grow this company, we’re excited to bring this brand to Beckley.”
He then extended some information about the business which could endear it to those potentially seeking employment in the area.
“EXIT is a company that is unlike most others,” he explained. “We actually have a plan for the agents to have a retirement plan. So I think that’s very beneficial, and we’re looking for seasoned agents, as well as new, to bring them into this team. So again, thank you guys,” he concluded. “We appreciate it.”
Team leadership, along with community members, and members of the Beckley-Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce then executed the cutting of the ribbon, setting into motion the beginning of a new journey for the latest contributing venture in the Raleigh County community.
