CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – LOOTPRESS has obtained security camera footage that shows the alleged stealing of money by a West Virginia State Trooper that occurred at a Charleston casino.
The footage shows a man sitting at a machine playing and then getting up and walking away. While getting out of the chair, he left behind a white envelope which was full of cash.
An unidentified off duty trooper who is accompanied by a female then walk up to the same set of machines and notice the envelope sitting in the chair.
The trooper then picks up the envelope, noticed it contained cash, and then puts it in his pocket. The pair proceed to then play the machines and did not alert casino staff of the found envelope.
