MARTINSBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Timmey Leo Lambert, Sr., age 59, of Augusta, West Virginia, was sentenced today to 108 months in federal prison for drug trafficking.
According to court documents and statements made in court, Timmey Lambert, Sr., was selling methamphetamine in Hampshire County.
Investigators searched Lambert’s home and found methamphetamine, 16 firearms, $4100 in counterfeit money, and a bulletproof vest.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Kyle Kane prosecuted the case on behalf of the government.
The Potomac Highlands Drug Task Force, a HIDTA-funding initiative, investigated.
U.S. District Judge Gina M. Groh presided.
