MOUNT HOPE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Alpine Ministries and Appalachian Bible College, is excited to host “Celebrate Summer,” a free, family-friendly Independence Day celebration filled with adventure, games, food, and fun for all ages.
The event will take place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Appalachian Bible College campus in Mount Hope, West Virginia. Attendees can enjoy a variety of exciting activities designed to create lasting memories during the holiday weekend.
Highlights include:
● Adventure Activities: Climbing Tower, 500-foot Zip Line, and High Ropes Challenge Course
● Interactive Games: Corn Hole and Sand Volleyball
● Family Favorites: Bounce Houses, Pond Water Slide, Face Painting, Laser Tag, and Paintball.
Food trucks will be on site offering a variety of delicious options, including fresh sandwiches, wraps, salads from Tea Time, and nachos, seafood boils, and slushies from Sno Biz Beckley.
Pricing for Activities:
● FREE Admission to event grounds
● $10 wristband for ages 11+
● $5 wristband for ages 8–10
● FREE for ages 0–7
A wristband is required to participate in activities, and wristbands can be purchased on site. A signed release form is required for participation. There is no entrance fee—guests who wish to simply observe do not need a wristband.

The event follows a week of Alpine Day Camp for ages 5–12, showcasing the vibrant summer programming offered through Alpine Bible Camp.
