BECKLEY, W.V. (LOOTPRESS) – Everything for $1.25 for less!
Starting Monday, February 7, shoppers at the Bypass Plaza Dollar Tree may notice a small change to the store’s prices. The store has altered its longstanding motto- “Everything is for a $1 or less”- to reflect the additional quarter that will be added to items.
An employee at the Beckley Bypass Dollar Tree did confirm that items are now $1.25. According to this employee, by selling items at a slightly higher price, the store is able to offer more variety and new merchandise to customers.
Dollar Tree has been selling items for $1 since its first store opened in 1986.
