BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Beckley man is facing 41 counts of sexual abuse and sexual assault charges.
According to the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Department, Terry Lee Spence of Beckley is accused of sexually abusing and sexually assaulting a minor from October 2022 through March 2024.
Spence is charged with 17 counts of first-degree sexual abuse, four counts of sexual assault, and 21 counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian.
Spence is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 250,000 dollar bond.
